Terms

These terms cover mydashdealer.com and the dashboard at app.mydashdealer.com. Short, because there is not much to it.

What you are buying

A 30-day subscription to a Claude API key that we own and lend to you. You are not buying an Anthropic account, and no relationship is created between you and Anthropic by paying us. We are an independent reseller. You may hold more than one key on the same account, each running on its own 30-day clock, bought and paid for separately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. By ordering, you confirm you are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to sanctions that would make this transaction unlawful, and that using a Claude API key for your intended purpose does not violate any law that applies to you.

Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done from your account, including every key issued to it. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

Payment

Payment is in cryptocurrency, sent to the address shown in the dashboard at the moment you order. You tell us the transaction hash; we verify it manually. Orders are never confirmed automatically. If the amount you send does not match the amount shown, we may reject the order. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — double-check the address and network before sending.

Delivery and duration

Once an order is approved, a key is assigned and that key's access period is extended by 30 days from the later of today or its current expiry. Each key you hold runs on its own clock — renewing one does not affect any other key on your account. Access to a given key ends when its date passes.

Acceptable use

Anthropic's usage policies apply to every request made with a key, and you agree not to use one for anything illegal, for generating content that violates Anthropic's policies, or for any purpose that could reasonably be expected to get the key rate-limited or banned. If a key is suspended or terminated upstream because of how it was used, we will not replace it and will not refund the remaining days.

Sharing and resale

Each key is for one customer. If a key is used from many unrelated places at once we will revoke it without a refund. Reselling access to a key, or using it to run a service for other people, requires our written permission first.

Refunds

Full refund while an order is still pending review. No refund once a key has been issued, except where required by law. Send to the wrong network and we will help, but recovery is not guaranteed and is not owed to you.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, that any particular model will keep being offered, or that Anthropic will not change its own pricing, rate limits, or policies at any time. We are not responsible for anything Anthropic does or does not do with a key once it is issued to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or your use of a key is capped at the amount you paid for that key's most recent 30-day period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, even if we were told they were possible.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or revoke a key at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, sharing, or any breach of these terms, with or without notice. Terminating for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining days.

Availability

This is a small operation. Capacity is finite and we may stop taking new orders or pause a tier at any time. Existing paid periods are honoured.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date below reflects the last update; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms. If a change is significant we will try to flag it in the dashboard.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be handled in the courts with authority over that location.
